Read the room
Floor plan, ceiling height, sightlines and the shape of the guest arc. The room decides what can be staged long before any act is named.

Cast to the brief
Acts are drawn from the roster to answer the evening — arrival, cocktail hour, entry, the main number and the close.

Costume and rehearse
Every costume is cut, fitted and finished in our own workroom, then rehearsed against the real cue sheet rather than a promise.

Call the show
One production team runs the night — cue to cue, entrance to encore — so the evening reads as a single piece of work.
